The second question to ask yourself before choosing paint is: how much traffic is in the area you are painting? If your answer is plenty, then you must know that wall and wood work become soiled whenever there is a ton of traffic or activities going on in a room. With that being the case, the best thing to do is to purchase paint with high gloss properties, which will ultimately help you fight stains and it’ll be easier to clean.
The third question to ask yourself before choosing paint is: what kind of ambience are you going for? If you want to make for a room to be more inviting go for hues that are on the warm spectrum. Try colors like yellow.
Don’t forget to also ask yourself these questions before choosing paint: How often do I re-paint this area? How much time do I want to spend on this task? And lastly, Do I wish this room was bigger? If so, pick lighter colors as they trick the eye into believing a room is bigger than what it actually is.
